Our prices are in Euro per apartment per day exclusive local guesttax (€ 5,0 per adult over 14 years per day) and final cleaning (€ 40.--). The prices listed are valid for stays of 7 days or more, extra charge for shorter stays. 7-day-bookings from Saturday to Saturday are prefered. We provide bed- and table linen, skiroom with ski-boots-radiator, additional open recreation-room, free-of-charge car parking. No pets. Skibus stops near house.
In the apts for 2-4 persons the 3. and 4. person are sleeping on an integrated excellent sleeping-sofa in the living room.
Our Haus Schmid is a non-smoking-house. Should you need to smoke, please use the balcony.

Season: Winter: December to April / Summer: May to October.

Terms of payment: cash after arrival or transfer in advance till arrival; unfortunately we do not accept credit or depit cards.
Deposit: We require a deposit of appox. 30% (€ 400.-) to confirm your reservation.
Bookings will be confirmed by written correspondence from both parties by e-mail.
Cancellations are govered by the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Laws. 

Rate-changes are reserved due to saison and demand. Our rates are noncommittal and all data corresponds to the conditions during printing, replacing all earlier publications.

We offer our apts as "Bed & Breakfast" accommodations, too. You will enjoy the generous size of the rooms, you are welcome to use the fridge. Your towels will get changed  and waste will be removed regularely. No daily bedding and we abstain from daily cleaning. We offer an enlarged breakfast in our breakfast room.
